Thorn Street Brewery to Host Pedal the Cause Fundraiser

Drink for a Cause as Local Owners Raise Funds for Cancer Research

Join North Park’s favorite new brewery Thorn Street Brewery in the fight against cancer with a fundraiser for Pedal the Cause. This two-day event raises funds for cancer research at San Diego’s three National Cancer centers: The UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center, Stanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute and Sal Institute of Biological Studies. Between 4 and 10 p.m. on Thursday, October 24, 20% of all Thorn Street Brewery sales will go to Pedal the Cause. Thorn Street owner’s Dennis O’Connor and Eric O’Connor will also be participating in the weekend event Pedal the Cause, riding the 50 mile one day loop through La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe and Encinitas.
