Do we know if crime has actually gone down or if people have been dispersed. What I mean is when I was growing up I lived 5 minutes from Camden, New Jersey. While growing up they were tearing down low income houses and building high class homes. So the crime naturally gone down because they were displacing some of the problem areas. So surrounding cities crime rate went up but Camden went down. ________________________________________ Find a Career College near you, www.americolleges.com
