On the next "History Alive," Thursday at 7 p.m. in the H. Lee House, 3205 Olive, Lemon Grove, audience members will regale each other with their three-minute memoirs of life in Lemon Grove.
Go ahead, tell all! You're among friends and appreciative friends, at that. Just as we did in September 2012, we'll videotape the whole session and capture wonderful stories -- hilarious, insightful, factual, surprising and fascinating.
Just as truth is always stranger than fiction, your stories of life, past and present, in the Big Lemon constitute a first-person, you-are-there diary of what makes our town tick. Please join us at the microphone and share in the fun.
Refreshments will follow the presentation. "History Alive" is suitable for ages 13 and over and is free -- though donations are greatly appreciated to help keep this invaluable, 35-year-old series going.
