Local citizens are invited to get together to help our neighborhood stay clean and free of graffiti.
All the supplies, snacks and drinks are hosted by Starbucks. Jill even includes colorful buckets of cleaning stuff for kids. It's a great opportunity for parents to get children involved in respecting their neighborhood.
This grassroots cleanup has already had an impact on the open businesses. They have been making more of an effort to keep up with the trash and even cleaning their own places up.
