Here's What's Happening Wednesday

Kiwanis, community, and quilters—pick a group and join!

1. The meets at 12:10 p.m. at the Lemon Grove Community Center. The service organization's motto is “Serving the children of the world.” The group supports a number of projects benefitting children in the community, and is planning its annual “Angel Tree” event that provides holiday wishes to children in need.

2. The series continues at 5:30 p.m. at the Lemon Grove Branch Library, this time focusing on immigration law. Attorney Carl Balediata presents tonight's program.

3. The meets at 5:30 p.m. at the Community Center. The 10-week community workshop continues through November.

4. The meets at 6:30 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge. Tonight's meeting features a member showcase and the guild's annual ice cream social. Guests are always welcome at meetings. Admission is $3.
