Erika Davies Performs Acoustic Showcase at Lemon Grove Library

The "I Love You, I Do" singer is the voice of Subaru's "Where Did We Park?" commercial.

Erika Davies is a modern musician with an old-time sound. If you're not familiar with her name, you might know her voice. Davies' song "I Love You, I Do" is featured in the "Where Did We Park?" commercial for the Subaru Outback.

Hear her handmade sound for yourself when the Lemon Grove Library kicks off its new monthly concert series with a performance by Davies beginning at 6:30 p.m. July 16.

The concert is part of the San Diego County Library Acoustic Showcase, which has event planned at local branches throughout the county.

Launched in 2010, the program will this month present its 200th concert for crowds of library patrons totaling 10,000 in those four years, according to the county library's Ross Moore.

Supported by the Friends of the Library groups, the San Diego County Library Acoustic Showcase is a community partnership with the mission to bring San Diego's best musicians to the county branches for free, family-friendly concerts.
