Concerts in the Park: Cat-illacs

This week's free summer concert features vintage rock 'n' roll from the Cat-illacs, performing on the green at Berry Street Park.

Concertgoers should bring blankets or lawn chairs, and are welcome to pack a picnic or cook a barbecue while enjoying the entertainment.

This year's six-week series brings back local favorites and adds a new band to the mix, offering a fun variety of music that's sure to hit all the right notes.

  • July 5: A.M. Forever
  • July 12: Three-Chord Justice
  • July 19: Cat-illacs
  • July 26: West of 5
  • Aug. 2: We Kinda Music
  • Aug. 9: Bayou Brothers

The Thursday night summer concert series is sponsored by the City of Lemon Grove, EDCO, Hitzke Development Corp., DCH Auto Group, Dr. Kevin Swartzberg, and Sycuan Casino.

Concerts start at 6:30 p.m. at Berry Street Park. All pets must be leashed for safety.

Nice if you can actually pass such a bill but we are dealing with politicians who cherish the powerRead More they have attained rising to the top. In actuality this has "A Snowballs Chance In Hell" of passing, but kudos for the effort.
