In celebration of World Peace Day, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held to honor Soka Gakkai's International-USA Exhibition: Artist as Peacemakers, which is on exhibit at the library through March 19.
The Ideka Youth Ensemble will perform, and a reception will follow.
