Free Back-to-School Breakfast at McDonald's on Sept. 10

Knowing the back-to-school season can be a hectic time for families, San Diego County McDonald’s restaurants are making one school day easier by offering free breakfast sandwiches or oatmeal to kids in kindergarten through 8th grade Tuesday, Sept. 10, from 6 to 9 a.m.

 

With wholesome options like the Egg White Delight McMuffin®, 250 calories, and Fruit & Maple Oatmeal, 290 calories, students can get a filling and delicious meal that will help start the day on the right foot.

“Many of the men and women who own and operate McDonald’s franchises in San Diego County, including myself, are parents, and we understand how something as simple as a free, wholesome and convenient breakfast can positively impact a busy morning when families get ready for school,” said Phil Palumbo, president of the San Diego County McDonald’s Owner/Operator Association.

The back-to-school breakfast offer from San Diego County McDonald’s will take place only on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013, from 6 to 9 a.m. While no purchase is necessary for this offer, there is a limit of one free item per child that day, and restaurant participation may vary.
