Going Up: Gas Price Continues to Rise

Here's where you can find the lowest price in town.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County rose today for the 13th consecutive day, increasing 1.2 cents to $3.67.

The average price is 8.6 cents more than one week ago, 3 cents higher than a month ago and 32.2 cents greater than a year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price has increased 13.8 cents over the past 13 days, including a half-cent on Tuesday. The average price fell 42 times in the 43 days immediately preceding the current streak of increases.
