Here's What's Happening on Friday

You made it—it's Friday! In celebration, we've got a bonus event listed. Today, you get 6 Things You Need to Know for the price of 5. How cool is that?

1. Load up on healthy, fresh fruits and veggies at the Golden Avenue School from 1:30 to 3:30. Proceeds benefit PTSA programs.

2. Cornerstone Community Church hosts a Friday evening starting at 7 p.m. in the fellowship hall at Lemon Grove United Methodist Church.

3. There's a performance at 8 p.m. at Grossmont College in El Cajon.

4. will be observed at 7 p.m. at St. John of the Cross Church. There is a soup and salad dinner offered at 5:30 p.m.

5. The kicks off with ropin', ridin', and steer wrestlin'. Doors open at 6 p.m.

BONUS!

6. Muevete Dance Studio hosts from 7 to 10 p.m. the third Friday of the month. Learn to play or come and jam. Free.
