As of about 5 p.m. Wednesday a power outage was still affecting about 213 customers in Lemon Grove and La Mesa. A combination of factors caused a problem with underground electrical cable or equipment, said San Diego Gas and Electric.
Traffic signals were out along Lemon Grove Avenue.
The outage was reported about 1 p.m., and SDGE estimates power will be restored about 8 p.m.
