The Tangible Epiphany—An Art Show in Lemon Grove

Art in the Garden in Lemon Grove.

Even though it was a very hot day, many Lemon Grove residents came out Saturday to admire the beautiful art. Others came as well—from the beaches to Poway.

Good art, good music, good food and great company—what else could we ask for? Okay, maybe a little less heat.

This is really what living is about. I am sorry that I didn't see information sooner about this wonderful show or I would have been there. Lets hope this is not the last and get much more publicity for all of us to enjoy.

Thank you James and Michael. i love to do this kind of thing in Lemon Grove. It was a lot of work and at this point, I haven't figured out how to get more people to know about something like this. It was on patch, we put flyers out and promoted on Facebook. I posted it to the Lemon Grove Organic Edibles Garden Club on meetup - that was probably the most successful, besides personal invites. Please, share your ideas......

Marianne, it sounds like you did all the right grassroots stuff to get the info out there.
I think these types of events really grow by word of mouth after so many shows that people can rely on them whether it happens once or 10 times a year. Have you been in touch with any local colleges or universities about this? After a while I think it will give reason for people to come from afar to LG vs having shows like this at the Del Mar fairgrounds where lots of big shows are held due to its access :) Keep up at it!

Love Lido's!!! The whole Tarditi family has been eating there and holding family events there sinceRead More the day they opened. Five generations of our family have enjoyed their food and hospitality. When you go to Lido's, your treated as family. And their food is Delicious!!!
