School is back in session and there is lots to do! Gone are the dinosaurs and here is apple spooning, pouring and tweezing. Our regular classroom schedule is back in place with our morning circle, good morning song and daily calendar. The children are working with their language cards and enjoying all the new work in Practical Life and Sensorial. I always feel such an excitement for the new school year but also a sense of melancholy as the days of Summer Camp end.
Our art project this week involved the children making an apple tree. The leaves of the tree were made with their handprints and the apples were stamped with the flat side of a marshmallow.
