Wes was born in Lemon Grove, CA on May 13, 1949 to Frederick and Viola Fukushima. He lived in San Diego, all of his 63 years.
He is survived by his daughter Meigan, and his son Kelly, daughter-in-law Jolene, and his grandsons Sai, Chase and Cade Fukushima. You could always find Wes outside, fishing, working on his truck, wood-working or doing yard work.
