Valentine’s Day Mobile Do’s and Don’ts from AT&T

AT&T posts Valentine's Day mobile do's and don'ts.

The countdown to Valentine’s Day is underway! To help you romance that special someone and avoid a cupid catastrophe, AT&T has prepared a list of mobile do’s and don’ts to help kindle the flame this Valentine’s Day:

Do: Send your Valentine an e-card using your smartphone. Free apps, such as Red Stamp, can customize e-cards using photos right from your phone.

Don’t: Don’t send your e-card to the wrong person in your contact list. It could lead to a cupid catastrophe!

Do: It’s OK to send a flirty text under the table to your Valentine.

Don’t: Check your emails and answer text messages to your single friends who aren’t out on a date.

Do: Get your reservation early using an app, such as OpenTable, on your smartphone.

Don’t: Don’t wait until the last minute to get dinner reservations. Set a calendar reminder on your phone and book in advance, even the day before to beat the crowds and have a more memorable evening. That way you won’t end up spending more money on a make-up gift.

Do: Get creative with your Valentine’s gift this year. Use your smartphone to browse online retailers, such as Tiffany & Co., and get a gift that keeps on giving.

Don’t: Be afraid to think big if it’s a special Valentine. Flowers are thoughtful but diamonds are a girl’s best friend.

Do: Capture those special moments on camera using your smartphone and share with friends and family (IF appropriate).

Don’t: Continuously post photos or status updates to a social network while spending time with your Valentine. Give full attention to your special someone and check your check-ins at the door along with your coat. Better: turn off the phone for the evening!

Nice if you can actually pass such a bill but we are dealing with politicians who cherish the powerRead More they have attained rising to the top. In actuality this has "A Snowballs Chance In Hell" of passing, but kudos for the effort.
