Was that former mayor Peter Herzog seen running from the accident scene wearing a woman's housecoat & boxer shorts while carrying a half-full brandy snifter ?

It was him,I saw him running (and not for office),he was wearing a pink chiffon bathrobe & Candie's open-toed pumps ! The fact that he was able to allude pursuing Sheriff's Deputies indicates that someone needs to go on a diet & cut back on the donuts !
