Elderly Lemon Grove Man Still Missing from Central Avenue Home

Louis Lake Sr., 72, has gone missing twice this month—this time since Sunday.

An elderly Lemon Grove man who was reported missing Sunday is still not accounted for today, according to authorities.

Louis Lake Sr. was last seen by his daughter about 5 p.m. Sunday in the home they share in the 7000 block of Central Avenue, according to a missing persons bulletin from the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.

It is the second time this month that the 72-year-old has gone missing. On Oct. 9, Lake's family reported him missing under similar circumstances. He was found unharmed by San Diego police early the next day.

The Sheriff's Department said Lake uses a cane, and has some medical issues. He often walks to the trolley station or the 99 Cent store near Lemon Grove Avenue and Broadway.

He was described as black, 6 feet 4, 240 pounds, with short black and gray hair and brown eyes. He frequently wears a baseball or cowboy hat, authorities said.

Authorities are asking the public for help locating the man. Anyone who knows of Lake's whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriff's Department at 858-565-5200.

Nice if you can actually pass such a bill but we are dealing with politicians who cherish the powerRead More they have attained rising to the top. In actuality this has "A Snowballs Chance In Hell" of passing, but kudos for the effort.
