Weekly Crime Report: Oct. 18-25

Items of note from the desk of the of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department as of Oct. 25:

Oct. 18

A car valued at $1,000 was reported stolen in the 8100 block of Lemon Grove Way between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m.

Oct. 19

A 45-year-old man was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance in the 7900 block of Lincoln Street around 4:40 p.m.

A residential burglary was reported in the 8200 block of Lincoln Street, occurring between 2 p.m. Oct. 6 and 6:45 p.m. Oct. 19.

A car valued at $8,000 was reported stolen in the 3200 block of Lemon Grove Avenue between 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Oct. 20

The theft of $10 in cash was reported at a church in the 3200 block of Washington Street.

A wallet and ID were found in the 3200 block of Main Street around 10:30 a.m.

The theft of $200 by use of access card information was reported in the 6600 block of MacArthur Drive, occurring on Oct. 16 between 12:30 a.m. and 2:15 a.m.

A residential burglary was reported in the 8700 block of Lamar Street around 4:30 p.m. The loss was valued at $6,000.

Oct. 21

A 30-year-old female was arrested for suspicion of DUI just after midnight on Palm Street at Lemon Grove Avenue.

A backpack valued at $50 was reported stolen in the 2100 block of Eldora Street, occurring between 9 p.m. Oct. 20 and 8 a.m. Oct. 21.

Electronic equipment valued at $700 and $60 in cash were reported stolen from a vehicle on Lincoln Street at Washington Street, occurring between 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Oct. 22

A 39-year-old man was arrested for felony shoplifting at a business in the 7200 block of Broadway just after 2 p.m.

Oct. 23

a 21-year-old man was arrested for felony commercial burglary around 3 p.m. in the 7500 block of Broadway.

A pickup valued at $2,800 was reported stolen in the 3500 block of Sweetwater Way, occurring between 8 p.m. Oct. 22 and 6 a.m. Oct. 23.

Oct. 24

A stolen car valued at $1,000 was recovered in the 7500 block of Church Street.

A car valued at $4,000 was reported stolen in the 8100 block of Mount Vernon Street, occurring between 8 p.m. Oct. 22 and 8 a.m. Oct. 24.

Oct. 25

A 39-year-old man was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance and parole violation around 6 a.m. in the 7500 block of Broadway.
