Lemon Grove Deputies Respond to Dozens of Alcohol, Drug Reports in September

Most of the incidents occurred along Broadway in the downtown corridor, according to CrimeMapping.com.

A search of the website CrimeMapping.com shows at least two dozen reports  related to alcohol and drug violations in the city that were handled by the Lemon Grove Sheriff's Station during September.

The majority of the reports were for the misdemeanor violation of drunk in public. Lesser drug crimes included possession of up to an ounce of marijuana and under the influence of a controlled substance. There were a few arrests for possession of a controlled substance, which is a felony.

Most incidents happened along the downtown corridor on Broadway, from Federal Boulevard east to Kempf Street, and in a business area of Lemon Grove Avenue. The rest took place in residential neighborhoods.

Nice if you can actually pass such a bill but we are dealing with politicians who cherish the powerRead More they have attained rising to the top. In actuality this has "A Snowballs Chance In Hell" of passing, but kudos for the effort.
