Missing 72-Year-Old Lemon Grove Man Found Safe Early Wednesday

Louis Lake Sr. was last seen at home on Central Avenue about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.

An elderly Lemon Grove man who went missing from his home Tuesday afternoon was found unharmed early Wednesday morning in San Diego.

Louis Lake Sr. was reported missing yesterday after he was last seen by his daughter at about 1:30 p.m. at the home they share in the 7000 block of Central Avenue, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.

Early today, police found Lake unharmed in the city of San Diego and reunited him with his family, sheriff's Lt. Julius Faulkner said. Authorities said he has some medical issues, and had classified him as "at risk" during the search for him.
