A pickup truck went off the South Bay (125) Freeway and overturned several times in Spring Valley Saturday -- going through a fence and landing in a lot -- but there was no immediate word on injuries.
The crash was reported about 3:15 p.m. on the southbound state Route 125, near Jamacha Boulevard.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pickup landed on some personal property at 543 Broadview St.
Firefighters closed the Jamacha Boulevard ramp for a short time, the CHP reported.
A fence running along the freeway sustained a 20-foot-long gap, the CHP reported, and Caltrans crews were on their way to repair it.
