A man suspected in the death of a woman who authorities found lying on a Lemon Grove street is expected to be arraigned Wednesday on charges related to the crime.

Casey Tschida, 32, has been extradited from Oregon and will appear in San Diego Superior Court in El Cajon at 1:30 p.m. to formally hear the charges against him in the death of Jennifer Krajnak.

Tschida is suspected of fatally shooting Krajnak in the head in early January in the 7600 block of Pacific Avenue. Nice if you can actually pass such a bill but we are dealing with politicians who cherish the powerRead More they have attained rising to the top. In actuality this has "A Snowballs Chance In Hell" of passing, but kudos for the effort.
