These Lemon Grove crimes were reported to the Sheriff's Department in the past week.

It's been a relatively slow week for crime in the Grove. But while the number of crimes reported were fewer than usual, the types of crimes—including robbery and battery—were anything but petty.

Friday, Jan. 14

- Auto theft, in the 7600 block of Lemon Avenue, at 4 p.m.

- Assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, with great bodily injury, near the intersection of San Miguel Avenue and Glebe Road, at 10:15 p.m.

- Auto theft, in the 6900 block of Ruby Lane, at 7:10 a.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 11

- Robbery, in the 7100 block of Broadway, at 5:45 p.m.

- Robbery, in the 2600 block of Lemon Grove Avenue, at 7 p.m.

- Battery, in the 2600 block of Citronella Avenue, at 8 p.m.

Monday, Jan. 10

- Grand theft from building, in the 8400 block of Palm Street, at 12:01 a.m.

- Burglary, in the 7500 block of Broadway, at 2:45 p.m.

- Robbery, in the 1700 block of San Altos Place, at 7:05 p.m.

Sunday, Jan. 9

- Petty theft from a vehicle, in the 8000 block of Eppick Court, at 1 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 8

- Battery with serious bodily injury, in the 3000 block of Main Street, at 4 a.m.
