A traffic stop led to the arrest of a 40-year-old male for felony possession of a stolen vehicle and a 23-year-old female for felony possession of a controlled substance on Lemon Grove Way at Hilltop Drive around 3 p.m. A car valued at $2,000 was recovered.

A bottle of liquor valued at $13.99 was stolen and recovered from ampm in the 8000 block of Broadway. An 18-year-old male was arrested for felony conspiracy.
A 21-year-old male was arrested for being drunk in public in the 7300 block of Broadway just after 10 p.m.

A 39-year-old female was arrested on a felony warrant in the 2300 block of Bancroft Drive around 4 a.m.
