Lemon Grove City Council Meets Tonight: Oct. 18

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Lemon Grove Community Center.

The Lemon Grove City Council will meet Tuesday to discuss a variety issues, including election campaign finance, a lease agreement with a laser tag company, and an alternative redevelopment program that would provide the continued existence of the community development agency.

Two items from the Oct. 4 agenda will return: the “Fats, Oils and Grease” policy required of the city, and new dog license fees.

The City Council will receive the first quarter report for the fiscal year 2011-2012 general fund budget, as well as a report regarding recent SANDAG discussions about Policy 33, which affects how discretionary funds such as the Smart Growth Incentive Program and Active Transportation Funding Program monies are allocated in the region.
