"This is $295,000 more than projected in the fiscal year 2012-13 mid-year budget," staff wrote in the report.

The budget revenues are estimated to be 1.2 percent greater than in 2013-14 than in the current year, an increase of around $124,000.  Expenditures are expected to increase to $334,500 in 2013-14 over what was spent in 2012-13. The increase is primarily due to increases in public safety costs, according to staff.
