Lemon Grove Plans for Return of Annual Bonfire

The 15th Annual Community Bonfire is the largest such event in the county.

Lemon Grove will share the spark of the holiday season with the city's 15th Annual Community Bonfire.

The event will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 7 at Civic Center Park, 3200 Main St.

The annual staple, which will be held rain or shine, is the largest community bonfire in San Diego County, according to a news release. In addition to the bonfire, the event will include activities for all ages such as laser tag, horse drawn wagon rides, rock climbing, live music, face painting, and lots of games.

The Lemon Grove Historical Society also plans to host an open house at the Parsonage Museum and H. Lee House.
