Excited to know that Lou is running for a City Council seat. I have been on the Lemon Grove Oversight Committee for the past two years with him and know his capibilities, dedication, and foresight in making good decisions for the City of Lemon Grove.

Are you another obstructionist who will violate their oath of office to uphold "all" California laws by continuing to ban medical marijuana dispensaries in Lemon Grove ? Or in light of the recent Appellate Court decision which found that cities are "pre-empted" from banning them, will you support their legal right to serve the patients here in regulated storefront locations ? Are you going to be law-abiding or will you put your personal feelings about this issue before the law & the needs of your constituents ? Well ?

Thanks for your bold stand in favor of the proliferation of medical marijuana dispensaries in Lemon Grove !!! You're support means a lot to the seriously ill constituents you hope to represent & we will certainly be voting for you on election day !!!
