Texas Gov. Rick Perry to Speak at Skyline Wesleyan Church Sunday

Former presidential candidate Rick Perry will visit Skyline Wesleyan Church this weekend to deliver its Sunday sermon—an event Patch will cover via a live blog.

Texas Gov. Perry, who entered the Republican race for the White House a year ago this week, will deliver the 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. sermons to the 4,000-member congregation in Rancho San Diego, the church says.

Perry grew up in a Methodist church and endorsed Gov. Mitt Romney, and is also visiting his daughter, Sydney, who lives in San Diego and is dating a Navy SEAL in Coronado, according to U-T San Diego.
