Each quarter Supervisor Dianne Jacob releases a newsletter for residents of the Second District. The Jacob Journal offers news about Board of Supervisors decisions, gives an overview of recent accomplishments and provides information on upcoming events in which the supervisor will take part, such as a community coffee day Feb. 23 in Ramona.
