"The Aging Process: What is Normal, What is Not," features a presentation from Andrea Holmberg, program coordinator, Sharp Grossmont Hospital Senior Resource Center. Holmberg will discuss factors that affect the way we age, the normal changes to be expected and how to increase well-being.
Handouts will be provided and healthy refreshments will be served. The Herrick Library, which opened in 2002, is a public library operated by the Grossmont Healthcare District.
