UC San Diego's School of Medicine TREDS program is conducting a survey to better understand the driving habits of adults.
The program, which stands for Training, Research, and Education for Driving Safety, is currently looking for San Diego County residents between the ages of 30 to 64 and drive a vehicle at least once a week to answer questions pertaining to cell phone use while driving.
The survey will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete and can be completed on an iPad, tablet or any computer with Internet access. The last date to participate in the survey is March 31.
Once completed, participants will be directed to a lottery page where they can enter their information for a chance to win one of five prizes, including an iPad, Kindle and three $100 Amazon gift cards. The drawing will be held on April 5.
All data collected will be completely anonymous. To ensure complete confidentiality, no identifying information is requested and IP addresses will not be saved.
