SeaWorld Offers Free Annual Passes to Teachers

SeaWorld San Diego gives free admission to teachers in Southern California.

A (killer) whale of a deal for teachers in the Lemon Grove School District was announced Wednesday by SeaWorld San Diego. The theme park is saluting Southern California K-12 credentialed teachers by offering them unlimited admission for free through the end of the year.

Shamu is showing some love with the free 2011 Fun Card, which is available through April 30. Teachers need to go to SeaWorld.com/Teachers to complete the registration form and print a voucher at home that can be redeemed at the park for their Fun Card. The Fun Card will give them unlimited admission to the park through the end of the year.

“Education is one of our core values at SeaWorld and more than 100,000 students pass through camp and field trip programs here every year,” said John Reilly, the park’s president. “We know how important a strong educational foundation is for our youth, and we want to thank our teachers for their devotion.”
