Blackout Lifted For Chargers-Broncos on Sunday

Fans will be able to watch the game without leaving home.

Chargers fans have an extra reason to be thankful this holiday weekend, as the team announced Thursday that enough tickets have been sold to lift the television blackout of Sunday’s home game against the Denver Broncos.

Kickoff is at 1:15 p.m., and the game will be broadcast on KFMB-TV channel 8 in San Diego County and KCBS-TV channel 2 in Orange and Los Angeles counties. Dan Fouts and Ian Eagle will call the game, and Fouts will be on the field at halftime introducing legendary linebacker Junior Seau into the Chargers Hall of Fame.

Several hundred tickets in the club level remain available, with prices ranging from $180 to $315. The Chargers’ ticket office at Qualcomm Stadium’s Gate C is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Tickets also can be purchased online at www.Chargers.com or by calling (800) 745-3000.
