Chargers Launch 'Bolts for the Brave' Military Fan Club

A portion of the money raised from club memberships will benefit the Armed Services YMCA.

The San Diego Chargers were expected to launch a military fan club Tuesday—a first in the NFL—in conjunction with AT&T and the Armed Services YMCA.

All Chargers fans can enroll themselves in the so-called Bolts for the Brave club for $49.99 a year, according to the team's website.

In exchange, club members will receive a personalized membership certificate and welcome letter, a Bolts for the Brave "camo" ball cap, Bolts for the Brave velcro patch, Bolts for the Brave dog tags and a 15 percent discount at the Chargers Team Store located at Qualcomm Stadium.

A portion of the money raised from club memberships will benefit the Armed Services YMCA.
