Registration is open for the Golden Avenue Elementary School Golf Tournament and Lunch, being held on Sunday at Cottonwood Golf Club in El Cajon. The annual event features a four-person scramble, and contests for longest drive, closest to the pin, and hole in one. The hole in one prize is a new car.
The early bird entry fee is $100. Regular entry fee is $110. The cost includes greens fees, golf cart, range balls, lunch and raffle tickets.
The carne asada and chicken enchilada lunch at 12:30 p.m. features a silent auction. Non-golfers can attend the lunch for $25.
