Drop your kids off at school and come and join Marianne for a Yoga Class tailored to the needs and fitness level of the participants.
This class is open to all. The greater community is invited. If you do not have children attending San Miguel Elementary School, please stop at the office first and sign in as a visitor. Then come to Room 7 for some Yoga Fun.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a Yoga Mat is you have one, if not, bring a towel. Water is always a good idea.
