Olympics Reveal the Truth about Unity

Could it be true?

I gotta say, after watching how smooth the Olympics ran, after seeing all the camaraderie among competing nations, after watching the closing ceremonies - seeing various glimmering eyes of various humans from various countries - it hit me all of the sudden.

All propaganda is crap!

Think of how much junk the media and government (yes, US Government) dishes out on a daily basis. Think of how that seeps into your brain. Think of how it stains your mind to start believing there are indeed certain countries, nations and peoples that are inherently "bad" and "evil." Don't deny it. There are certain "bad guys" out there right now ... and "in there" right now ... as your mind has been molded to believe.

You've been duped. And it isn't the first time.

Once upon a time, it was the Japanese, then it was the Russians. A few months ago it was the Syrians, and next week perhaps it may be the same Syrian story - all depending on some hidden agenda to make a certain populace out to be our enemy de jour.

Yeah, I know it sure looks real sometimes. And sure not all humans outside of the US are angels, but then again not all humans inside of US are angels either.

But the fact is right there in front of us, and it was right there in the eyes of the athletes at the recent Winter Olympics.

As I watch the closing ceremonies of the multinational Olympics, I'm struck with the thought that US propaganda is crap and will always be crap. Turns out humans are humans after all. They bleed, they love, they long for peace. Their eyes glimmer with the desire for unity. And perhaps it's the leaders of such people who are the ones that bend minds backwards and pit people vs. people. 

But this need not be. We still have the chance to see through the manipulative mind-control. We still can call out all propaganda. We still hold the choice and the power. And we still have the chance to look our brothers and sisters - no matter where they are from - directly in the eye.
