After a few short months of being formed, Thrive Lemon Grove is establishing itself as a grass-roots community organization that wants to bring positive change to Lemon Grove. Membership is steadily growing and in its short existence, it has already been able to host two well-attended community events.
At its next meeting, members will meet with local elected officials and invite a representative from the East County Chamber of Commerce to try to help our local small businesses "thrive" in Lemon Grove. It's not an easy task to undertake and helping to grow the local economy is complex, but understanding the problem and helping to find viable initiatives and solutions is a start to helping our local businesses.
As Thrive Lemon Grove's positive impact on the community takes root, a logo was needed to help identify this community organization, comprised of local residents, business owners, officials, and various community organizations. We believe the logo works nicely. What do you think?
