Dear Jill,
You are in the "historical" heart (thank you for that word). You are in an Art Deco building attached to a Spanish Mission Revival, across from the Mission Revival bakery (built 1912) and another Art Deco on the corner; a heartbeat from the Queen Anne Victorian Revival trolley depot -- and let's not forget the fabulous, 1936 McGregor House, a beautiful Spanish Revival that shares a parking lot with City Hall McGregor was designed by the great Alberto Treganza, who also designed the Big Lemon. Love your clean-up day -- alas, we have an event on June 3 that has been in the works for some time, relating to the centennial of the birth of Dr. Amorita Treganza (daughter of Alberto), the famed children's eye doctor in our town. Please let us know about future clean-ups and we'll be there.
Love Lido's!!! The whole Tarditi family has been eating there and holding family events there since…Read More the day they opened. Five generations of our family have enjoyed their food and hospitality. When you go to Lido's, your treated as family. And their food is Delicious!!!
