Pet Treats, Summer Camp and Concerts in the Park

Summer Camp

  • Squeeze in one more summer camp before school starts. City of Lemon Grove will host Summer Camp starting on Monday, Aug. 12 through Friday, Aug. 16. Field trip for the week is to Aquatica San Diego. Registration is available online. Cost is $80-$95. 
Lemon Grove Organic Edibles Garden Club Meeting
  • Learn how to grow your own food, without using any soil. Lemon Grove Organic Edibles Garden Club will host a class on Hydroponics, method growing plants using mineral nutrient solutions in water, without soil. Class is $5 suggested donation to help cover instructor costs. The meeting will kick off at 10 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 12 at Spring Valley & East Communities Center, 3845 Spring Drive, Spring Valley.
Pet Treats
  • Learn how to make treats for your furry, four-legged friends. Pet Treats class will start at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 13 at the Lemon Grove Library. 
Family Meal Planning
  • Looking for new ways to feed your family? Family Meal Planning class will discuss healthier meal options. The class will kick off at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 14 at the Lemon Grove Library. 
Concerts in the Park
  • Bring your dancing shoes and picnic baskets to the park! Concerts in the Park will feature the band, The Vinyl's. Move and groove to 60s and 70s hit music. Concerts in the Park will rock out at 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 15 at Berry Street Park.
