City of Lemon Grove Fire Department

The city of Lemon Grove's fire department is operated in a joint powers agreement along with the cities of La Mesa and El Cajon. The chief is Mike Scott, but in Lemon Grove the person in charge is Deputy Fire Chief/Fire Marshal Tim Smith. Six firefighters work at the Lemon Grove station, alongside six engineers, six captains and two fire prevention inspectors.
