Optimum Health Institute

A holistic healing center tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, the Optimum Health Institute offers "a holistic mission for mental, physical, emotional and spiritual healing." The center is a ministry of the Free Sacred Trinity Church, but people of all faiths are welcome. The program consists of three week-long sessions. Participants undergo a program of purification and detoxification through diet, fasting, exercise, journaling, meditation and prayer. A raw food vegetarian diet is provided. Weekly rates run from $245 for a shared room to $1,140 for a two-room suite.
