Whatever the case, I hope the kid that was hit is ok.

One thing I often encounter are kids walking in line formations (several people side-by-side) on streets, typically taking up an entire lane. They don't move when a vehicle is approaching.

I was just in Walgreens tonight and asked about Stephanie - they told me she was still missing (although all the posters in the vicinity had been taken down). For others that face the same terrifying situation, there are a LOT of resources out there for the families of the missing....please make sure to utilize them! Again, very glad to hear that Stephanie is home.....
