H. Lee House

The H. Lee House is a historic house now used as a museum, exhibit hall and event hall by the Lemon Grove HistoricalMore Society. Lectures are hosted regularly by L.G.H.S., as are social gatherings and cultural events.  The building features a Tudor Revival style of architecture and a beautiful rose garden, making the H. Lee House a popular location for weddings, often held in the courtyard and gazebo.  <br>Additionally, area students from doctoral candidates to elementary school scholars will recognize the value of the historical society’s research archives, hosted at this site.  Appointments for access to the archive are available from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays.  Admission to the research library is granted for a fee, which does not include the cost of photocopies and prints.  Photography of the archived material is not permitted, while children must be accompanied by adults for admission.
